My stay at this resort spa was quite disappointing. On the bright side, the food at the restaurant 'Taste of Tikka' was fantastic in terms of quality and variety. However, I faced several issues, including poor service, especially at the restaurant where my food order was forgotten late at night, which severely affected our experience. Additionally, parking was a nightmare since there was hardly any space available, and the check-in process was painfully slow.
